Your understanding of the scope matches what was discussed: the change addresses only the duplicate `TableId` path caused by repeated `INFORMATION_SCHEMA.TABLES` rows, and it does not cover missing-driver or database-connection failures. It is good that the documentation already states that limitation. Thanks also for re-posting the link to https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12435. Nothing further is needed here for now.
