CI follow-up for `8ff338252`: the [fork Build](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/actions/runs/36216457338) has finished red. The Ubuntu JDK 8/11 unit-test jobs passed, and `RestApiIT` (including the JSON regression in this PR) passed 22/22 in the JDK 11 engine E2E job. Both [JDK 8](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/actions/runs/36216457338/job/108333703754) and [JDK 11](https://github.com/hutiefang76/seatunnel/actions/runs/36216457338/job/108333703720) engine E2E jobs failed `BackpressureSlowSinkIT.testCheckpointsKeepCompletingUnderSustainedBackpressure`: each observed only one additional checkpoint in the 90-second window, where the assertion expects at least three. On JDK 11, `CheckpointCoordinatorFailoverIT.testStreamJobFailsAfterCheckpointTriggerDispatchFailure` also failed because it observed `Checkpoint notify complete failed` rather than the expected trigger-dispatch failure; that class passed 4/4 on JDK 8. This PR does not change those tests or the checkpoint implementation. Other failed jobs include the Windows PayPal retry-wait assertion and MinIO image pulls in Iceberg/Paimon tests. I'm keeping this config fix scoped and not assuming that every red job has the same cause; the full Build is still failing and needs CI/reviewer disposition. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
