Classification: A / Connector-V2 JDBC named-parameter parsing and binding. #12518 was correctly closed without merging. It addressed complete field-name binding, but its parser mishandled an existing escaped-string-literal query (`E'can\'t' ... :id`), leaving the named parameter in SQL. That is a compatibility regression in configured named SQL, so the broader special-field report cannot be treated as fixed. #12529 is a separate, currently open space-containing-column slice with a successful Build; it must not be assumed to cover question marks, colons, repeated parameters, casts, quoted text, or escaped literals. Any continuation of this issue must preserve the established positional-query path and prove the full existing named-SQL grammar before replacing its parser. Keep it separate from identifier quoting (#12501) and do not reopen #12518 merely to bypass that regression. No label or assignee change in this pass. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
