The scope here (recovery hang fix plus the PostgreSQL CDC LSN boundary handling) is acceptable to me, so I'll do the final pass now. Two small things before I merge: 1. Please confirm 3080371ce733 is the final head and you don't have any further pushes planned — if anything else lands I'd want to re-check rather than merge a moving target. 2. The earlier thread noted the full PostgreSQL suite / part-7 job was still in progress at the time of the 4f86cb0ac63e discussion. Could you confirm that run completed successfully on 3080371ce733 (a link to the run is enough)?
