@davidzollo — this has approvals from @DanielLeens and yourself, and reviewDecision reads APPROVED, so the only thing left is CI. engine-v2-it is red on both legs from the SplitClusterFaultToleranceIT race tracked in #12311. That PR is still open and has picked up further review rounds, so it isn't close to landing. All four unit-test legs are green here, and your own dev merge into this branch didn't clear engine-v2-it either — which is itself evidence the failure is dev's, not this PR's.
