Thanks for the detailed report and repro. Since the PR is already prepared, please open it and link it here; keep the scope limited to the DuckDB type mapper (TIMESTAMP_S/MS/NS -> TIMESTAMP) and the timestamp read path, with the Asia/Shanghai, UTC and America/Los_Angeles regression tests included. For the query-path time shift: please confirm in the PR whether the fix reads via getObject(LocalDateTime) / getTimestamp without a Calendar for DuckDB only, or changes the shared converter used by other dialects, so we can assess impact on other JDBC connectors and backport scope.
