### Purpose of this pull request A pending clarification survived /new, /clear and successful /resume. A subsequent request could therefore be combined with the previous session’s unfinished request. Clear the pending request when these commands change the conversation context. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes, in dev. Session changes start without an old pending clarification. Failed resume and unrelated commands preserve the existing context. ### How was this patch tested? - `python3 -m pytest -q`: 216 passed, 3 subtests passed. Regressions exercise all three context-changing commands, failed resume and a non-session command. - Root `-N spotless:apply` and `-N -DskipTests verify` passed. Modified Python files passed the fatal-error Ruff checks. - Full-repository `-DskipTests verify` was attempted but stopped at `seatunnel-engine-ui`: the npm mirror returned HTTP 403 for `tslib-2.3.0.tgz`.
