- Mqtt sink docs (en/zh): bare `|` inside a code span in the `field_delimiter` table cell truncates the description in renderers that don't track code spans during table parsing (e.g. marked, markdown-it). - Mqtt source docs: en/zh structurally misaligned — ZH missing 14 per-option subsections; EN missing the tip block + TLS/SSL & text-delimited source examples; `field_delimiter` descriptions differ between the two. Fix: escape `|` as `\|`; align both docs by translating the missing sections each way; move `field_delimiter` examples inline into the table description.
