Thanks @SEZ9. Status update on the CI blocker: the dead-link fix (#12639) is now on dev, and I have merged current dev into this branch (new head `65ef1bde182`, behind dev by 0). The fork Build will run on that head, so `SplitClusterFaultToleranceIT` and `CoordinatorServiceLostMemberResolutionTest` should finally execute.
