Synced this branch with dev at 3556e91cc9 in a2b73eb39, resolving the English/Chinese README conflicts while keeping both the session-recency behavior and the merged session-switch clarification behavior. The PR diff still contains only the original four CLI files. Validation on the merged tree: all 227 CLI tests and 3 subtests passed on Python 3.13; Ruff 0.16.7 and Spotless passed; the root `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` completed successfully.
