Addressed the fall-back counterexamples in this update. With DuckDB
JDBC1.3.1.0 I reproduced the previous UTC-calendar route shifting Los
Angeles08:30→09:30, Paris00:30→01:30 and LordHowe14:30→15:00. The converter now
reconciles the plain and UTC-calendar readings, retaining UTC only for a
spring-forward gap; pre-epoch aliases retain the documented legacy behavior.
The one-time historical warning is now emitted only when that fallback is
actually reached.

The added real-driver regression covers all three counterexamples and
adjacent values, all aliases plus the standard TIMESTAMP control, NULL, UTC and
all three affected zones, through both table_path and query. It failed before
the fix. On the final tree, 88 DuckDB tests and 4 Markdown tests passed; the
JDBC reactor verify also passed with its normal checks. Existing
gap/historical/epoch tests remain. EN/ZH docs and the PR description were
updated. Container E2E and remote CI remain pending; no performance claim is
made for the additional alias getter call.
