Addressed the cadence accuracy point from @SEPURI-SAI-KRISHNA and @goutamadwant in commit `0dc1e3910b`: both the class Javadoc and fixture comments now state that a 4000-row split takes roughly eight seconds at ~500 rows/sec, followed by the one-second contention-free window, so the window recurs about every nine seconds and has about 1.7x headroom against the 15-second checkpoint interval. The comments also record that `row.num`, `split.num`, `write_delay_ms`, and `checkpoint.interval` form one coupled timing budget. I kept the original-workload regression variant out of this fixture-only PR because the corresponding engine behavior remains scoped to #12316; no assertion or runtime setting changed in this follow-up. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
