Review and CI update: - Commit [`de507b8e2c7`](https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/commit/de507b8e2c7814f2d2f5bba6256c1946e9562db9) applies the documented Option B: `slotSourceAvailable` remains one cluster-wide value computed once per response and copied into every job entry. The English/Chinese v1/v2 REST docs now explicitly state that it is not per-job freshness, and the builder Javadoc records the same contract. Engine server Spotless completed successfully. - The previous Build was cancelled at workflow level after about 24 hours with most jobs still queued, so it did not demonstrate a product-code failure.
