Thanks @Asthenia0412 for flagging the CI problem. I checked head `6ef5177`: the diff against `b7f4a7e` (the head of my last review) is empty, so there is no new code to re-review and my 10-13 comment still applies, including the one question I would like answered before merge (schema-qualified or already-quoted type names). On CI: the apache-side `Build` check is only a pointer to a run in your fork, and it reports "Workflow run detection failed" because no `Build` run exists for this head. Pushing more empty commits will not help when GitHub does not create a run for the push. This branch already contains the manual trigger added in #12720, so the lowest-cost next step is: 1. In your fork, open the Actions tab and make sure workflows are enabled for the repository. 2. Select the `Build` workflow, click "Run workflow", and choose the branch `fix-12601-postgres-user-type-quoting`. 3. The scheduled status workflow in this repository then adopts that run for the PR's `Build` check. If the "Run workflow" button is missing or the run still does not show up, please paste a screenshot of your fork's Actions tab here and we will look further.
