The CI fact cited in my previous review has changed: the fork Build for the current unchanged head (`c55f68b0400d`) is now passing. It was a rerun (attempt 2) that completed successfully, and it includes `oracle-cdc-connector-it` on JDK 11 and 17 as well as `mysql-cdc-connector-it`, which was the gate I asked for. CI was the only remaining blocker I had raised; my source review found no specific defect on this head. GitHub still shows the PR as blocked, but that is the pending committer approval and the branch being behind `dev` (no merge conflicts reported), not a new source-side issue.
