Merged dev `886a3ac6e59a` locally, resolving the English migration-document conflict by retaining both entries. Production and test files are unchanged from the reviewed head; the PR remains thirteen files. Spotless, root verify with tests skipped, and all 102 native DuckDB regressions passed with no failures, errors or skips, including the PostgreSQL/S3 smoke test.
