Thanks @goutamadwant. Build remains green and GitHub reports an approved review decision on this unchanged head. My technical conclusion is unchanged. A write-capable maintainer can reconcile the remaining merge-queue/required-check state and enqueue it when eligible; I cannot merge with this identity. No extra contributor commit or drift-only sync is requested. This is an unchanged-head discussion/CI update, not a second full source review. No local tests were run.
