Sentry DB provider client should refresh the kerberos ticket before connection.
By default the client assumes the downstream service to be using Hadoop UGI
framework for acquiring kerberos ticket. This is true with Hive and Impala. The
client should refresh the ticket before next connection using the Hadoop UGI
API.
