[~prasadm], is there any hive plugin can access the ObjectStore without
HiveMetaStoreClient? Both hcatalog and webhcat won't access the ObjectStore
directly. For the local metastore, authorization in ObjectStore doesn't work,
but HiveMetaStoreClient can do the authorization for both local metadata and
remote metadata. I think we need do the authorization for metadata in
HiveMetaStoreClient, otherwise, there will be the same source code in
ObjectStore and HiveMetaStoreClient.
