hi, [~lskuff], I think the JIRA
[SENTRY-485|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SENTRY-485] is created for
tracking this problem first, so all utility class and test cases are included
in that JIRA. This JIRA is depended on
[SENTRY-485|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SENTRY-485].
