The service audit log file is rolled periodically, based on size. The currently
log file name is set as configured and on each rollover, it's renamed to
file.currentTime.
This makes it a bit hard for consuming the audit entries programatically in any
applications analyzing the audit trail. We should keep the file name format
consistent ie file.timestamp
