guidelines and examples on the [Incubator
website|http://incubator.apache.org/guides/graduation.html#notes-status]
Also the MarkMail link under
http://sentry.incubator.apache.org/community/mailing_lists.html to mailing list
archive is broken. That needs to be updated.
