Description: Apache Kafka supports pluggable authorization by configure a
Kafka Authorizer now(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-2210), I want
to design and implementation a Sentry Kafka Authorizer, so that Kafka could
benefit our powerful Sentry policy engine.
