We can enable the debug logs for DataNucleus query only when log level is
TRACE. And when log level is below TRACE, eg. debug, we will disable the debug
logs for DataNucleus query, eg. set it to INFO.
However if user has set up log level for DataNucleus query in the properties
files, we will not change it.
