Summary: Add core model for Kafka

Add core model for Kafka. The model must include following Authorizables.
1. Cluster
2. Topic
3. Group
4. Host
Note that Group is Consumer-Group. In Apache Kafka Cluster, Topic and Group are
all referred as resources and users/groups are allowed or denied to access
them. Host on the other hand is not a resource, however to map the host based
privileges support in Sentry model, we need to have host as resource.
