Attaching a patch to make group name case insensitive in list api. As I was
working on it, I was wondering if user names and group names are really case
insensitive in all group mapping services (unix, Openldap, AD)? Thoughts?

> adding a group to a role and removing a group from a role seems to save the
> group lower cased. But then if you list the privileges, the group passed in
> is not lower cased and thus you get no results.
> Test coming in SENTRY-1032.
