[~sravya] Yeah, I agreed. But before fix it, I feel we need to fully reproduce 
this issues. I attached the test cases for reproducing it during table 
creations. Basically the test is for continuing creating and dropping a 
particular table for a while.  Had a hard time to reproduce it during the table 
dropping. Could you please take a look of the patch and see if you are able to 
do it? Thanks!
