As seen from the above examples, the {{gmxUom.xml}} filename is sometime
expected to be {{ML_gmxUom.xml}}. SIS currently marshals only the former, even
if it has the ability to let the user specify a different server. We need a
mechanism for allowing SIS to select the proper filename.
