The OGP organization, which is the maintainer of EPSG database, is now known as
IOGP (International Association of Oil & Gas Producers). We should rename at
least in the source code.
We need to deprecate the {{Citations.OGP}} constant. But maybe we should not
provide a {{Citations.IOGP}} replacement, since experience suggests that there
is confusion about whether we need to use {{Citations.OGP}} or
{{Citations.EPSG}} in source code. Since Apache SIS refers to IOGP only in the
context of EPSG database, we should probably not provide any replacement, and
keep only the current {{Citations.EPSG}} constant. This would remove a source
of confusion.
Whether we should also rename "OGP" to "IOGP" in XML documents is still an open
question. The http://epsg-registry.org site is still reporting "OGP" in their
GML exports.
