Everything related to {{ParametricCRS}} has been omitted from Apache SIS 0.6.
Parametric CRS are defined by ISO 19111-2 (an extension to ISO 19111). We need
to implement _Well Know Text_ (WKT) parsing and formatting of parametric CRS
after a {{DefaultParametricCRS}} object has been added to the
{{org.apache.sis.referencing.crs}} package.
