Description:
ISO 19115 metadata implementations in {{org.apache.sis.metadata.iso}} packages
have hard-coded mapping between ISO 19115 published in 2003 and the revision
published in 2014. We need to verify if this mapping matches the mapping
performed by the XSLT sheet published by ISO. See:

In particular, what should be the mapping of (now deprecated) {{Format.name}}?
Current implementation delegates to {{Citation.alternateTitle}}. Is that
correct? If not, we need to revisit
{{org.apache.sis.internal.simple.SimpleFormat}}.
