Regarding Spark CI the doc generation is commented out: https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/dev/run-tests.py#L759 There is a way to install Jekyll into local path so we could even make this work if the 'bundle' command (https://github.com/rubygems/bundler) is available on the Jenkins node. How can we check that?
