Implemented and tested with http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=1435763&view=rev
This is already used by the Stanbol Freeling RESTful NLP Analysis server
(https://github.com/insideout10/stanbol-freeling) to serialize NLP processing
results and by the Stanbol RESTful NLP Analysis Engine (STANBOL-893) to parse
those data
