I'm sure there's a better way of doing this, but I couldn't find one, and this
worked for me.
In the zip there's a patch - apply this first.
stanbol$ patch -p0 < patch_2013-03-30_2.txt
Then copy the two .ftl files into:
commons/security/usermanagement/src/main/resources/templates/html/org/apache/stanbol/commons/usermanagement/resource/
