There seems to be inconsistent usage of "keyword linking" and "entity linking".
Two sections have the title "Configuring Named Entity Linking" while it should
be keyword linking (according to the dichotomy in the introduction of the
supersection) or entity linking (according to the wording in the first sentence
of the section).
