Currently the Topic Classification can only use the default configuration to
create a SolrCore on the ManagedSolrServer. This is also because it currently
does not use the ability of the ManagedSolrServer to create a core by obtaining
the configuration via the DataFileProvider infrastructure.
This issue will change the TopicEngine to use this feature and by that allow
users to provide custom configurations e.g. by copying them into the
'stanbol/datafiles' directory. This will also allow to configure Topic
Classification Engines for pre-trained models (if models are provided as
{name}.solrindex.zip files)
