The ManagementUtils#getArchiveInputStream is used to create the
ArchiveInputStream for the InputStream provided by the Stanbol DataFileProvide
for `{name}.solrindex.{compression-format}` files.
While this method does work with the default compression format ZIP it does not
work for GZ and BZ2 files. This is because for such streams one needs to use
first the commons-compression CompressorStreamFactory and only afterwards the
ArchiveStreamFactory for the archive.
