For the WebVie Demo: I think it's an anti-pattern to just copy JavaScripts into
SVN as this is done in the existing demo. VIE should be available by itself in
maven so that it can be integrated without copying around sources.
create.js (which includes VIE) is available as a org.wymiwyg artifact in maven
central. For a usage example see:
