As initially reported by [[email protected]] and discussed a lot of the
stanbol-dev list (see [1] [2] [3] and possible also others) there seams to be -
under some circumstances - a problem that the Integration Test is not waiting
until the Stanbol Server (used for the tests) is up and running (at least that
was identified based on analysis on log files as documented in [2])
