As the addition of Sesame specific serializes required considerable changes
(see STANBOL-1237) this will not get merged back to 0.12 for now. Meaning that
the 0.12.0 branch will still need to use the Clerezza/Jena based serializer to
write Sesame based model instances to RDF.
