[~rwesten] I'm currently making bundlelist for the clerezza features directly
in clerezza. Not sure how virtuoso best fits in, right now one typically
botstraps with tdb, adds the virtuoso bundle, configures the component (with
the location and credentials of the virtuoso server), then removes the tdb
storage bundle and restarts (to make sure system and config graphs gets created
in virtuoso). Should discuss this with [~enridaga].
