Currently the PosChunkerEngine creates chunks only based on LexicalCategories.
This will allow a much more fine grained configuration by specifying Pos tags
as well as the String tags used by Pos Taggers.
This feature will first be used to build Noun phrases not only for Nouns but
also for Pos.Acronym, Pos.Abbreviation and Pos.Foreign.
