Found a bug that can cause IndexOutOfBoundsException at
org.apache.stanbol.enhancer.engines.lucenefstlinking.FstLinkingEngine.match(FstLinkingEngine.java:305)
if there are exactly (maxSuggestions +1) suggestions for an Entity Mention
within the text.
