* Applied the patch from 28.march in the 0.12 branch with
http://svn.apache.org/r1587518
NOTE: for 0.12 I skipped
'commons/ldpathtemplate/src/main/java/at/newmedialab/ldpath/template/util/FormatUtil.java'
because this code was removed after the update to marmotta ldpath 3.2.0 (see
STANBOL-1286)
