fixed with http://svn.apache.org/r1587804 in 0.12 and
http://svn.apache.org/r1587805 in 1.0.0
applied the provided patch, but had to manually fix the following issues:
* there where missing adaptions in on of the unit tests of the commons.owl
module
* a Hunk in the commons.web.sparql module could not be applied
