Rupert Westenthaler resolved STANBOL-1277.

Resolution: Fixed
adapted the SPARQL generation with http://svn.apache.org/r1587844 in 0.12 and
http://svn.apache.org/r1587849 in trunk. Also added a unit test that checks for
the expected FILTER part in the query.
