This will update library versions referenced by the stanbolcommons bundlelist
to the most current still compatible version.
Most important this will also introduce a extended OSGI version range for
Google Guava to support version 14.0 until incl. 17. This is necessary as Guava
increases the major version with every release while all APIs and
implementations used by Stanbol are still compatible with 14.0 (the version
used by the 12.0 release).
