Actually it causes that launchers using stanbol-patent 5 won't build if you do
not build stanbol locally:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project stanbol: Could not resolve
dependencies for project eu.fusepool.p3:stanbol:war:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT: Failed to
collect dependencies at
org.apache.stanbol:org.apache.stanbol.launchers.bundlelists.osgiframework:xml:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT:
Failed to read artifact descriptor for
org.apache.stanbol:org.apache.stanbol.launchers.bundlelists.osgiframework:xml:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT:
Failure to find org.apache.stanbol:stanbol-parent:pom:5-SNAPSHOT in
https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/ was cached in the
local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval
of sonatype-snapshots has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
That means the issue has a completely different priority.
