Antonio David Pérez Morales resolved STANBOL-1372.

Resolution: Fixed
- Custom Apache Felix Fileinstall component to install routes
- Default directory where to install routes from: stanbol/fileinstall
- The directory can be configured using the environment variable
felix.fileinstall.dir
- The component will try to install files placed in that directory and ended
with route (route extension). They must contain valid Stanbol XML route
definitions
- It leverages the StanbolRoutesRegistrator component to register the route in
both the Stanbol Camel Context and OSGI registry (as CamelStanbolRoute)
