I see. Thanks a lot for clarifying Reto
However the Stanbol launchers only come with the FileTcProvider right now,
which does not seem to be General Purpose.
So unless ReferenceCardinality.AT_LEAST_ONE can be relaxed in
TcManager#bindGpWeightedTcProvider(), then what GP TcProviders do we have -
besides SimpleTcProvider - that can be registered with the Stanbol launchers?
